For general training we request that you have workout clothing that covers the whole body (long-sleeved shirt, long-sleeved pants, light gloves, training shoes). This is to help prevent accidental cuts from training weapons.
For full-contact sparring please speak with your instuctor for the required equipment for your specific course.
For those who are 12-14 or 15-17 we offer a youth course on Saturdays. All other courses you must be 18 or older.
The club offers equimpent for use during classes. For full-contact sparring there is an option to rent equipment from the club.
